For purposes of the “ Return Policy”, "you" and "your" mean you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected under our “Terms of Service” at https://zanva-shop.com/.

Please read this “Return and Refund” policy carefully. By using and accessing any Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this “Return and Refund”. If you disagree with this “Return and Refund” or any terms of this agreement, please do not use or access our Services.

-Return period policy: ( for USA customers only)

We have a 14-day “Return/Refund Policy”, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition as you received it. It has to be in new, unopened, unused, tags attached, and in its original packaging. (If the tags are taken off or missing, no return, exchange, or refund will be issued, and this applies to apparel and certain items that come with tags) The return or exchange will be accepted with its original receipt only, upon approval from us.

  • Return Receipt policy: The confirmation email you received after placing your order, which includes the order number, item name, quantity, and pricing, will serve as the "original receipt"only without any modifications, touch-ups, or changes. We will require the original email receipt with your return request. (Any printouts, photos, copies, or photocopies of the original order receipt will not be accepted under any circumstances. We will not accept any return or exchange request without a receipt. The approval of any return/ exchange will be at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable under any condition for our reasons related to a denial, and the details will remain confidential with us.

Items returned without prior return approval from us will not be accepted/ refunded and will not be eligible for an exchange. We will not be liable for any issues, loss, or damage to the return/exchange items if they are shipped without our approval, no exceptions.

We are not liable for any damage, loss, theft, incorrect delivery address, mistakes, or any other issue arising during the return process, related to your return. These are the factors that are beyond our control. We will also not be liable if the original email receipt is not provided to us, or any other return requirement is not fulfilled by you, and the return/refund or exchange will be at our sole discretion. We will not be accountable for any errors made by you or others during the return request process and will not be obligated to proceed further.

Returns are easy with our Step-by-Step Guide. When requesting a return:

·        Please forward us the original order "email receipt" that we sent you, containing the order number, item name, your name and address, and the amount details.

·        If the return is approved, please prepare the package for return.

·        The items must be in new condition, unopened, unused, if they have tags, all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

·        Pack the items properly so they are not damaged in shipping.

·        Remove any old labels or stickers from the box.

·        Print a return label with your name and sending address and affix it to the box. Please ship your return package to the address stated above.

·        Get a tracking number for your return from the carrier you use to ensure that the package reaches us.

·        Upon arrival of your return, it will be thoroughly inspected, and you will be provided with the status of the return.

- Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No return labels are provided, paid or unpaid, by us. Return shipping is not covered. Upon receipt of the return address, you are responsible for generating a return label. If label creation is not feasible, please legibly transcribe the addresses. Any delivery issues resulting from errors in the return process are your responsibility and we will not be liable.

When we receive items with a request for return, refund, or exchange, please be aware that all the items will be thoroughly inspected. The return will only be processed if the item/items pass the inspection process. - Restocking fee:

Please note that we charge a 25% restocking fee for any item that is returned or exchanged after approval.

- Damages and Issues:  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and “contact us” immediately at https://zanva-shop.com/pages/contact-us if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

- NO Return/Refund Policy:

We have a no-return/exchange or refund policy for our “Beauty and Health” products as well as our “Supplement and Nutritional Powder” items due to the nature of these categories and for health and safety reasons. Certain other types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, health products, supplements, health powders, or personal use items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. New, unworn, or unused, with all original tags intact, in its original packaging with the email order confirmation receipt.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us, via the “Contact Us” https://zanva-shop.com/pages/contact-us form available at our site. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any request for a return/refund or exchange at our discretion, without providing further details. Reasons for any refusal will not be disclosed.

  • Return policy for International guests:

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
We do not accept returns for shipping errors, payment issues, or any other reason once an order has been placed on our website.
Our valued international customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and policies carefully before completing their purchase.
ZANVA is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or delays that may occur during international transit.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
