-Shipping and Delivery policy:

o The delivery times for your orders may vary depending on the shipping carrier for your order. The order fulfillment before shipping can take 3-4 business days.
-Free Shipping:
o We provide free shipping only within the United States, and it requires 5-8 business days.
o If more than 10 items are ordered or an order is placed at heavy traffic times, like holidays, it can take longer to process and fulfill the orders.
o These shipping times are an estimate, but solely depend on the shipping service that we use.
-Express Shipping:
o We also offer express shipping for expedited orders. Express shipping requires additional fees and typically takes between 1-3 days, though the exact delivery time depends on the carrier. We don’t cover express shipping.
o The shipping rates will be added at the end of your order, depending on the items in the order and your address, and they are paid by the customer/you.
o You will be provided with a tracking number after your order is successfully placed. It is solely your responsibility to check on the status of your order by tracking it on the delivery carrier's website.
o International Shipping:
Shipping for orders outside the United States is NOT FREE and is calculated at checkout.
All international shipping costs are the responsibility of our international guests.
Shipping fees—calculated based on weight and destination—along with any applicable taxes and customs duties, will be applied at checkout or upon delivery.
ZANVA LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, misplacement, or refused delivery of any order due to issues occurring during transport, shipment, or delivery under any circumstances. The shipping times mentioned above are just an estimate provided to us and still depend on other factors that are beyond our control.
o We will not be liable for any shipping issues or errors of any kind under any condition.
-Order Delivery policy :
o We will not be liable for any delays, incorrect delivery addresses, refused deliveries, mistakes, or any other issues related to the delivery of any orders under any circumstances.
o Orders on hold due to billing verification or placed during peak periods of high order volume may experience additional processing time.
o Please provide accurate and complete addresses to avoid any delivery issues.
o Please note that orders can not be delivered to any military bases in the USA.
o We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
-Order Processing policy:
o Orders are processed on business days only. Order processing does not occur on holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
o Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.
o The ordering process countdown starts as soon as the order is placed and the status changes to "Accepted". For the first 2 hours, the order status will indicate "New".
o As soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to the fulfillment team for preparation. At this stage, or after 2 hours, it is not possible to edit/cancel the orders anymore.
o Please note that any new orders will be automatically rejected until the previous order is paid for.
o Processing and delivery times for international orders
may be longer than domestic shipments.
Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier transit times, and destination-specific factors.
We appreciate your patience and understanding when ordering from outside the United States.
-Order Tracking policy:
o You will be provided with a tracking number for the order.
o If your order does not reach you and cannot be tracked despite being provided a tracking number, we encourage you to contact the delivery company or carrier directly, not us.
o After you receive a tracking number for your order, it becomes your responsibility to monitor the shipment.

o If you fail to inform us of any issues with your order, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order or any other type of loss in any condition.
-Out of Stock items policy:
o We work with various suppliers to offer our customers a diverse selection of items. While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, situations can sometimes be unavoidable due to various factors beyond our control.
o Please note: Even if only one item is not in stock in your order list, the whole order will not be processed until the item is back in stock, if not discontinued.

o We can’t promise the availability of any item at any time. Sometimes, the items are discontinued, upcoming, or out of stock.
o We will not be responsible for any discontinued, out-of-stock items from our suppliers and will only process your order when all the items in your order are in stock.
-Additional Fees policy:
o If you update your postal address or make any other changes after placing an order at our site or provide an incorrect address, and need us to deliver to the new or correct address, we will charge you for the additional delivery costs incurred due to rearranging the delivery.
